About

Born and raised in the mountain city of Colorado Springs, Anthony wrote his first script when he was eight years old. It was a sequel to Jurassic Park, and he mailed it to Steven Spielberg. After learning a valuable lesson about unsolicited submissions, Anthony kept on writing. Some years later, he decided to undertake a “detour for personal growth” and surprised everyone he knew by enlisting in the Marine Corps and serving as a Combat Videographer.

The real-life humanitarian crises he experienced in places like the Philippines and Bangladesh influenced him to write intense thrillers about heroes escaping the clutches of authoritarian villains in deadly worlds. Though Anthony’s work explores life’s dark side, his stories always affirm that it is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness.

Anthony went on to graduate from the USC Cinema School’s Writing for Screen and Television Program and work at the Institute for Creative Technologies, where he writes and produces games, short films, and futurist fiction for military training and research.

He enjoys a well-balanced old-fashioned, almost any Malbec, and rewatching his favorite sitcoms, like 30 Rock, Parks & Rec, New Girl, and Community. Anthony lives in Los Angeles with his faithful dog Sammy.
